The Dutch Masters

Four days of top-level jumping and dressage competitions. Highlights include the Rolex Grand Prix on Sunday afternoon and the FEI World Cup Dressage Freestyle on Saturday afternoon. For four days, the best riders from around the world will demonstrate their skills.

The event is one of the four top events that make up the prestigious Rolex Grand Slam of Show Jumping. Together with CHI Geneva, CSIO Spruce Meadows ‘Masters’ and CHIO Aachen, The Dutch Masters is among the absolute world top. This event attracts more than 73,000 visitors every year.

Friday evening, Plospan relationship evening
Traditionally, ‘international jumping’ is on the program on Friday evening. Every edition is another exciting competition where a show jumping competition is held against the time clock. Guaranteed spectacle where all risks are taken by the international jumping top to walk away with the main prize. Plospan will be present that evening with 200 regular customers to experience this spectacle. A fantastic opportunity to speak to each other again and enjoy the absolute world top in equestrian sports.

This is year is already the third year that we will be attending this international, prestigious competition. Plospan supplies the horse bedding for the world’s top 98 horses who will display their superlative qualities at this fantastic event. In addition, Plospan has a stand at the trade fair where we will be welcoming our international business clients. As early as 7 March, we shipped 2 large containers of high-grade wood fibre to ensure its timely arrival: the Global Champions Tour show jumpers will want for nothing during their stay in Shanghai.

A thrilling contest for the pole position.
Shanghai is the fourth venue of the Longines Global Champions Tour (LGCT), following Miami, Mexico and Antwerp and will soon play host to the entire international show-jumping elite. At present, after three competitions, Christian Ahlmann from Germany is leading the LGCT, with John Whitacker from the UK and Italian national Emanuele Gaudiano following at his heels. Harrie Smolders, in ninth place after three competitions, is the highest ranking Dutchman and performed particularly well in the two most recent competitions. Hopefully, Harrie can continue to hone his performance and advance a few places in the overall rankings.

Plospan is a frequent exhibitor at LGCT
In total, there are fifteen international competitions that count towards the rankings for the Global Champions Tour. The final competition will be held in Doha, Qatar in November. Plospan will also be represented at this year´s international competition in Valkenswaard.

From 10 to 13 March 2016, the Brabanthallen in ’s-Hertogenbosch will be dedicated to equestrian sports. For four days, the best riders from around the world will show their skills during the 49th edition of Indoor Brabant. An event that attracts more than 73,000 visitors every year.

Plospan has always been a regular contributor to Indoor Brabant. This year, the company has its own stand at the tradeshow and is also supplying more than 400 bales of Plospan Excellent wood fibre, which will be used as bedding in the stables. We are immensely proud of the fact that our leading product will provide optimal comfort for the real stars of this international equestrian event: the competition horses.

Plospan hosts customer evening on Friday, 11 March
International show jumping is traditionally the main feature of the Friday evening programme. Every year, this is an exciting race against the clock. A guaranteed spectacle, in which top international riders risk everything to come away with the first prize. Plospan will be there with 200 loyal customers to enjoy the show. A fantastic opportunity to talk to each other again and to enjoy watching the absolute elite in international show jumping.

The Interzoo in Nuremburg in Germany has become a fixed meeting place for Plospan and its international customers and representatives. The Interzoo is the world’s biggest biennial trade fair for the international pet supplies market. It has more than 1,700 exhibitors and attracts over 37,000 visitors. This year, it is taking place from 26 to 29 May.

Stand 7A-602
At the Interzoo, visitors can find out everything about the latest food, hygiene, housing and health products sold by pet shops, including Plosplan’s top-quality bedding materials. Plospan’s stand, measuring 24 square metres, will be located at number 7A-602 in Hall 7A. Our product specialists and experts are already looking forward to speaking to customers and visitors from all over the world, including, for example, our Asian contacts, who always manage to find their way to our stand.

The first day of the 2019 RMV Gorinchem was a huge success. There. We described it in one sentence. The interest of visitors on this day was largely captured by the MEDI plus sawdust, which is on the up and up among the Plospan bedding materials. After all, the main issue here is the wellbeing and health of the animals. Plospan is basically constantly working on improving the production processes and products.
